Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes

I always wanted or wished I have a lot of minimate figures so I can mix and match to form new characters. Unfortunately its quite difficult to acquire minimates here in Davao. Never the less, here is my own version of mixing and matching using a few extras I have. My little version of Storm Shadow of the Cobras. Here enjoy his action shots with custom snake eyes by squall.

Well Storm Shadow is famous being a ninja, so I did a little custom, spray painted the head and walahh... STORM SHADOW!

Well, I'm not really quite familiar with these characters, have not read the comics about them either. But I like the Minimates though! well I guess that's the very reason why I bought this set.. Silver Surfer

Norrin Radd, a young astronomer of the planet Zenn-La, made a bargain with the cosmic entity Galactus, pledging to serve as his herald in order to save his homeworld from destruction. Imbued in return with a tiny portion of Galactus' Power Cosmic,[3] Radd acquired great powers and a new version of his original appearance. Galactus also created for Radd a surfboard-like craft — modeled after a childhood fantasy of his — on which he would travel at speeds beyond that of light. Known from then on as the Silver Surfer, Radd began to roam the cosmos searching for new planets for Galactus to consume. When his travels finally took him to Earth, the Surfer came face-to-face with the Fantastic Four, a team of powerful superheroes that helped him to rediscover his nobility of spirit. Batman

The Dark Knight, Bruce Wayne. Batman is out, not to fight villains though, in this shot, He just want to give everyone a smile. I experimented on a printed backdrop on this one. Tell me your thoughts about it. Thanks!

This was my 2nd attempt on making comic like images. Street fighter Ryu, Chunli, M.Bison and Akuma, Battle it out on a Shipwreck on broad day light.

Riddler and His Ride

Riddler got a new ride, stole it from the Ninja turtles. But look who's there to save the day. Got this in a surplus store, it somehow fits the scale of the Minimates. The thing I like about this toy is it could be a nice diorama too very nice for displays.

Brian Broddock

Captain Britain (Brian Braddock), briefly known as Britannic, is a fictional character, a superhero appearing in the comic books published by Marvel Comics. This Minimate version of Captain Britain is from the Excalibur Boxset, which is quite difficult to purchase here in our place, however with the help of some friends and fellow collectors, Capt. Britain have reached Davao, Philippines. He is now in Intot's Mini World. hehehe!

Here is a gif image showing Ryu's Famous Powerful Uppercut. This proves that Minimates too have articulations which could be maximized to portray different images which in turn make it more fun and exciting...Hadoken!!!

Thor's view of the Apo

I have always dreamed of going to the peak of the World's 3rd highest Mountain, Mt. Apo of the Philippines, but till now I never had a chance to actually materialize that dream, never the less, in the place where we live, every morning I always appreciate that scenic view of this peak, making me realize that I am never far in making this dream into a reality.

And I guess mini Thor agrees with me. =)

HULK CRY

Even the toughest hulk do cry. cause real men do cry. In many cultures, it is more socially acceptable for women and children to cry, and less socially acceptable for men to cry.However, Crying (also called sobbing, weeping, bawling, and blubbering) is shedding tears as a response to an emotional state in humans. Men are also humans, men too do have emotions, so its not bad if men cry.

It's really not bad if men cry, Some alternative therapist even believe that, – Crying can lower your stress levels. Crying helps to remove some of the chemicals and hormones that are built up in the body from stress. If you compare shedding tears to shedding sweat during exercise, the same process occurs. Exercising relieves stress and removes built up chemicals in the body. However, if you hold back your tears, you can increase your stress levels which can lead to other health issues such as high blood pressure and heart problems.(www.pharmapassport.com)

So let it out, I don't believe that crying would make you less of a man, I guess crying would make you a REAL MAN cause your brave enough to let it out and express your emotions.

Cause if you don't, Its either you have a hardened Heart,which is bad or people might think that you actually relate to the song by Fergie "Big Girls Don't Cry". Peace!

WOLVERINE vs SABERTOOTH

Well, here is a little diorama for wolverine and Sabertooth, this two are brothers who turned out to be arch enemies. And this little dio seems to fit this two little minimates on an ambush concept.

But a great question why? why do these things happen amongst real men, we hear in news, suspects of a brutal murder case are the victim's own sisters and brothers.
Aren't there love in there hearts? Have Evil penetrated the hearts of men?
